We collect only what we need to prepare and hand over your order: name, phone number, email address, the products requested and your chosen pickup time.

This information is shared with us through Instagram direct messages or email and is used solely to reserve stock, confirm your order and issue documentation. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Order records are kept for accounting purposes as required by Czech law. You can request deletion of any data not subject to that retention by emailing orders@praguesupply.cz.

This website does not process payments and does not store card details. No online checkout exists.
